Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you receive any product which is damaged or faulty we ask you to notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will subsequently advise of the method of returning the goods. We will pay for the return postage for faulty or damaged goods.
We will accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an ”as new” condition within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
We reserve the right to stop repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy.
You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible within 14 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. The cost of postage & packaging for returning the goods will be charged to the customer.
The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
